Dear Colleagues,
Almost a month now since the school year has started. I hope you are all doing well and that you have gained now your teaching tone ,and that you are managing to overcome the hinders you are encountering.

As you may notice, the "MATE-Agadir Forum" is gaining little by little popularity among morocco as well foreign EFL teachers. since it was first launched. Many teachers of English are making the best of this plat form created for the benifit of exchanging ideas, teaching documents, materials as well as discussing issues related to English Langues Teaching. Howerver, some of the registred members are violating one of the principles of Forums Netiquette; that is being a Lurker. The word Lurker in the wikipedia encyclopedia is defined as follows:
"In Internet culture, a Lurker is aperson who reads discussions on a message board, newsgroup, Chatroom, filesharing or other interactive system, but rarely participates".

Therefore, As the Forum Administrator, I am inviting all registred member to participate in the forum threads by promoting discussing and posting any topics they see relevent to to the objectives on which the "MATE-Agadir Forum" was build. we are relying on you.

The whole world celebrated on the 5th of October the "World Teachers Day", which was first appointed by the UNESCO on 1994. On this Occasion i would like to express my Gratefulness to all my teacher, and my fellow colleagues in morocco and the whole world.
