MATE-Agadir Forum Editorial--Dec 2009

Post by Admin on Wed Dec 09, 2009 5:08 pm

Dear colleagues,

Here I am writing to you after a forced absence, though I was lurking and following closely what is being written on the forum. I am also writing to youafter a sacred feast for all Muslim, for which I hope you had nice moments with your families and beloved ones.

I have been absent the last two moths against my will. First, I was taking an online course by iEARN (International Education and Resource Network). It is an organisation that gathers students and educators from all over the world together to collaborate and share their cultures and concerns. My course was on how to
teach EFL / ESL languages through projects based learning. Personally it was a nice journey that lasted almost nine weeks. In which I have learned a lot.

Second, I have been engaged in other professional duties, that I find it hard to cope with the forum administration alone. Dear colleagues, it is high time the staff of the forum expands a little. Therefore I would like to announce that any member of the "MATE-Agadir Forum" who sees himself willing to help in moderating the forum is kindly invited to send me an email indicating the sub forum he / she would like to moderate. The main task of the moderator is to help in keeping the "MATE-Agadir Forum" Active and to maintain its objectives. The moderator will be in charge also of technical tasks like editing posts, guiding users and warning participants who break the laws of the forum. To sum up, moderators are assistants to the Administrator.

Dear colleagues we are waiting for your participation and your involvement. In the mean time I seize to the opportunity to wish a Marry Christmas and Happy New Year, with all my best wishes and nice regards.

This Editorial is posted monthly. And it is not and it will not be by any means monoplised by the "MATE-Agadir Forum" Administrator. Therefore you can express your views and thoughts also in an editorial by sending yours to the Administrator in the email.
